Credit and Exchanges
1. Jewelry in original condition may be exchanged within 30 days of sale.
2. All transactions will be issued a merchandise credit only, no refunds.
3. The receipt must accompany all claims.
4. Watches may be exchanged within 30 days of sale if they are not sized, show no signs of wear, and accompany original box, warranty, instructions, and any other manufacturer documents. Note: Diamonds & Gemstone weights are approximate. Gemstones may have been subjected to a treatment process.
Special orders
Special orders are not returnable. A special order constitutes any jewelry or watch ordered, custom made, or altered at the customer’s request. Quote may change prior to doing the work.
Layaway Policy
Layaway payments are required every 30 days. Articles placed on layaway will be held for a period of 90 days from the date of this receipt, unless otherwise agreed upon at time of initial deposit. If no satisfactory arrangements have been made for full payment by the end of this period, the item(s) will be returned to stock. The original deposit and subsequent payments will not be refunded after the said 90 days, but can be used toward the purchase of other merchandise. Sach’s Jewelers is not responsible for jewelry left over 90 days.
Shipping
Shipping is available from fedex, ups,or US Postal Service. We will be glad to ship overnight, 2nd day, and registered with insurance. Prices vary on size and value of shipment. Any shipping or special insurance charges will be added to the sale amount. |
